The mission of SHE’S Empowered (Sisters Helping Encourage Sisters) is to uplift women in mind, body and spirit. Women who have overcome tremendous odds due to suffering chronic disease, foreclosure, job losses, domestic violence, divorce, and or other setbacks are provided with tools, tips and testimonies from professionals and survivors during our annual conference, workshops and classes. Our vision is to promote healthy life styles for women and girls to live empowered personally. In addition, we advocate for lupus awareness.
